My girlfriends phone has suddenly developed a fault while we were just out shopping and she was viewing our shopping list where the majority of the screen is white with a green tinge down the middle, the display underneath seems to still be working as the very top portion is still okay and you can see that things are still happening. I have tried rebooting the device and also tried to reboot in safe mode however the screen then is an extremely dark maroon-like colour? Is there anyone out there that may know as it won't be physical damage from what I can tell as it was in her hand and she was reading the shopping list as it happened and we really cannot afford to be buying a new phone right now.
@TimeToCrash: Sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue. Which of the S10 phones does your girlfriend have? If you dial *#0*# into the telephone keypad and select Red, Green and Blue from the series of grey tiles, is the issue present in any of these tests?
Is there any Samsung Service Centre or Samsung Experience Stores open where you are to drop the phone into ?
