Screen Going Funny , Colors Blurry Under Screen

Hi Have A Month Old S10 And Two Days Ago Was Playing A Game And Suddenly To Left Under the Screen A Flurry Of Colours Started To Appear And While Pressing The Screen With  Smartphone Rubber Pen The Screen Was Going Bonkers Fading Now The Screen Is Just Going Funny Every Now And Again , If I Have The Phone Standing On My Chest And I Press Slightly Down It Goes Weird , .

I Have Took The Screen Protector Off And Typed *#06*# And Done Screen Tests And They Seem To Off Passed .,This Phone Was Brand New Replacement Of My Insurance , Spoke To Samsung They Suggested They Send It Of Or Get the Home Samsung Engineer Out To Have. A Look And HebMay Replace The Screen Or Go Back To the Supplier Of The Phone From My House Insurance, 

I Did Have A S8 But The Gave Me A S10 As They Didn't Have A S8 Or S9

Anyone Else Have Problems With There Screen .

Hi simon, if u have samsung warranty then you can change the whole phone. Or you can press the home button and volume down button together and see if any difference.

Hi Daniax,
in ur gallery if u got recelying bin then it should be thier. Do you also have samsung cloud ? If you do then it should be backed on that. Try back up ur photo regularly so u don't lose it.

Hi I was told by a Samsung representative I couldn't they would only fix it, its weird it's just in the middle off the screen and to the left, it's like if u ever seen a picture of a phone with liquid damage, its similar to that, and this phone has not had any damage at all not even dropped on the floor once,

Download the app on play store Launch the app and Sign In using your My Cloud Home account Username and Password
