Galaxy S10 Seriesmy Samsung 10e phone got the new update. The keyboard now gives me the message that gifs are not compatible with the latest version of the keyboard. Update 5.0.14. I had wonderful gif emojis that came with the original installation.
Also, most of my often used phrases, like address, etc. Are now gone. My husband has the same problem. Please help.

Galaxy S10 SeriesHi @GreenEcon
Yes the same happened when I updated to Samsung One Ui 2.1.
All the words , phrases , emails etc had been wiped.
It's a case of starting over again as the keyboard isn't backed up in Samsung Cloud anymore.

I think i may not have been correct !
Looking at Back up and restore data using Samsung Cloud
"Settings: Accessibility settings, ringtones, Samsung Keyboard options, Wi-Fi settings, and Always on Display settings (your default ringtone won't be backed up)"
For me the Samsung One Ui 2.1 update cleared my predictive text.
So if my keyboard backs up then if I used my previous back up to restore my phone thry should re appear.
That said I'm not wanting to go through that process just for keyboard words etc.

Galaxy S10 SeriesNot sure then @denon480
Check your own countries Samsung back up info to see if keyboard settings is included taking into account predictive text maybe an element that's not backed up !
