Samsung Wireless Charger Duo EP-N6100

I got my Galaxy S10 yesterday with wireless duo charger. But its not charging the phone. In Mobile I dont see any option to enable wireless charging as mentioned in some articles. What should be the cause and resolution to make it work.

Wireless charging is every time on.

The only thing you can turn on or off, is fast wireless charging.

Agree to ur point but I am my phone is not getting chagred from wireless duopad. Mobile and wireless charger both are new that I received yesterday only. Don't know what to do next 😞

Could you check please if it is a original Samsung charger or a clone ? And if it is original then you have to use the charger which is coming out of its Box to reach the maximum speed.

Its the original Samsung charger and its working now. I kept the charger switched on for 1.5 hrs and then tried charging the mobile with it and it worked

you can charge every Mobilphone with every fast charger, it should be compatible, the question is how fast does it load the phone cause of it specifications.
