I had a notification to update my phone today, when I did this, it had removed my keyboard theme off my phone. However the rest of the theme is there. I rang Samsung and noone could help. I went onto settings>theme>apply theme.
I have this same theme on my phone for almost a year and the updates never affected this.
A message pops up when I re apply the theme saying 'this theme is not optimised with the system software'. The advise said when I called Samsung that 'it may not take as long as a week to a month'. What does that even mean???
Now I have this boring white plain keyboard.
