S10e purchased Oct 2020. While using speakerphone, various callers hear my voice go from normal to "attenuated", or lower in volume, when I move my phone from my face to arm's length. Verizon tech level 2 had me reset operational phone settings (excluding saved data, pics, videos). That didn't help. Most recent call was to a friend on a landline with no background noise at my home. Problem persisted. Note: The non-speaker feature works fine.
Is this a defective phone? Software upgrade? How can I get Samsung to remedy this?
