Samsung S10 update fail

Hi, I have a S10 which fails the update at 26% and if I try and use the camera the phone restarts .

I have tried everything I can find on line , hard re start even factory reset but to no avail.

Hope someone can help as Samsungs helpline is close due to Covid19.

Hi @Patrice231 

Have you tried updating using Smart Switch for your PC/laptop? When you connect your phone to the PC/laptop, it will prompt you to update the software if there's an update available. Have a look here.
