Samsung s10 screen not clickable!

I have been battling with my s10 since yesterday, so frustrating that I can't respond to messages, WhatsApp, some apps. I have tried to reset the factory but it is not clickable as well, I tried the youtube video where I should press down the lock key + Volume down -> Key, all I get was a screenshot and a restart, nothing change. I tried the other way pressing the up

->key + lock key for so long, I got nothing than a high volume and a restart.

Should I consider this as a "HACK" because the most important part of the app has not been working mostly the reset button, this is so frustrating and Samsung has this kind of problem after a mobile has been used for a year or two, have been using Samsung since 9 years and this is what happens just as the same period of every 2 years.

Should I consider to get another phone or is there any solution for it, it is really "FRUSTRATING" and I can see similar problems too online but their solution never works for me.

Hi @S60

First please put the phone in Safe Mode which disables your downloaded app's but let's your stock app's keep working. If the issues stop then this highlights a downloaded app as the possible issue. Come out of Safe Mode and start deleting your most recent downloaded app's one at a time until it stops.

You may have to let a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look if you can't get this resolved @S60

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

I too have been having this problem. Since yesterday(ish).  Also get false touches bringing down the notification bar (highly annoying)No idea why, updated all apps. Phones upto date.  Wiping the cache partition eases it but only for a few minutes. Safe mode does the same thing so can't be an app issue.  When did you last update your phone? I only did the last update on the 24th due to it starting to act up randomly.

Little update. I have since factory reset my phone, the issue is still there but less frequent.

Similar with mine, but whole top half of screen now not responding to touch. Also keeps freezing. Also tried all Internet advice with no results. Hand to get new phone and use 1 handed mode to get all copied on to me phone. Vodafone no help as small crack on screen they said had to pay 260 to fix before they will fix issue.... so annoying as crack been there for ages with no issues it is clearly software issue....as when you rotate phone other bits of screen do not work
