Samsung S10 note shaky video

I have a Samsung S10 note + 5G which works perfectly well. Today I took some video inside though the light was very good with daylight coming in but equally not too bright. I videoed my granddaughter and the video is not at all sharp, in fact it is very blurred, but also has constant flickering around the screen. I haven't experienced this with any other video I've taken. I'm not aware that there was any flashing light nearby though there was solid internal light on. Can you advise please. Also, is there anyway I can now fix this

my s10 takes awful videos inside like laughably bad, if I zoom at all good luck to quality being good, if im outside in daylight once its sunny its good on a cloudy day its not, I was told not to zoom and use a little tripod to fix it 🤣🤣🤣 just an awful camera with no fix
