Got phone month ago, after 2 weeks phoned network provider about issues having, not interested, again complained yesterday and twice last week!

Phone signal - struggle to get 1-2bars even when out, keeps saying not registered to network, call drops or cant ring out, whattsapp says not connected to wifi when I am , driving me mad now as used for business,  I want to return the phone to network provider as not happy and this is being dismissed by ignoring me or rude customer service , surely consumer rights act comes in as new phone !

I see on google thousands of people having same issues as me with this make of phone and their networks are letting them return handsets and cancel contracts for free. Is there bad batch of these phones? I'm so disappointed as being iPhone user for years decided to switch to samsung rather than upgrade to 11 that wish I'd never bothered now

Yes, return the phone and don't get a replacement find another phone. This phone has so many networking issues it's beyond ridiculous at this point and Samsung shows no interest in fixing any of it.

There are plenty of manfacturers out there that have various devices at a lower cost, without all the bloat and actually know how to code their networking software.
