Samsung S10 - Losing Internet Connection

Hi,

 

Since my phone updated to the August Security package, my phone loses Internet connection. It still shows me as having 4g or 3g with the arrows lighting up but no apps will work with the Internet. 

 

I have reset network settings and factory reset the phone and still had the same issue. I then re-seated the sim card which fixed the issue for about 8 hours but then it returns.

 

Any help appreciated

Hey @boysha ,

 

is this only affecting your mobile data? I mean, can you connect correctly to any Wi-Fi? Have you tried to request a replacement SIM card?
