Only had my Samsung s10+ since December 2019. Worked fine until The first of August. It keeps shutting down, dropping calls, won’t send text messages, looses signal. Apps need to be uninstalled an installed again! There’s more! Is there a fix? Why did this just occur? I’ve taken it back to the store, gotten a new one, same problems! Now they are ordering another new phone for me, at additional cost to me! This is an expensive phone and I can not use it! How can this matter be fixed? And soon! I’m very angry, frustrated you name it. Please help. Thank you!

Have you been to seek support from a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre @Help15 ?
As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and another sim card in your phone to help rule out the phone or sim card.
Also try putting the phone in Safe Mode which disables any downloaded apps and leaves the stock ones working and then see what happens.
