Samsung internet download icon not showing

After having to factory reset my phone when I download anything via samsung internet I no longer get the flashing downward arrow at the top of the screen. Does anyone know how to reinstate this please

Thanks, its the samsung s10 and its kernal 4.1485.

You can activate this feature by following these steps:

1. Navigate: Settings > Connections > More connection settings.

2. Tap the Download booster switch to turn on or off.

That didn't work i'm afraid. I have the downloading arrow for play store, it just seems to be samsung internet

Are you referring to file downloads from the browser @Chattabob ? If so, can you test if this is happening with others (for example Chrome)?

Yes files from the browser, play store i have the download arrow at the top, just tried google chrome and that has the arrow too. Seems to be isolated to the samsung browser
