my partner has just received her s10+ but for some reason she can open the Samsung health app. I've followed a lot of suggestions but nothing seem to work. She uses this on a daily bases and have never had this problem before. Any ideas on how to make this error stop happening
Do not use the "reinstall" feature. Instead, delete the app from your device (be sure to back up it's data if she wants to keep it) and then download the app from the Galaxy Store. Another option is to wipe the cache of the app.
