Samsung galaxy s10 plus phone case

I've bought a phone case for my S10 Plus but the finger print isn't working through the case, can anyone recommend a good phone case that protects both the screen and back of the phone.

try turn screen touch sensitivity up in settings it might work.

it's best to get official samsung cases as well as a trusted screen protector with it. the case helps, but the phone isn't immune.
