I purchased the s10e in October , and my claim to receive free earbuds was validated on the 13th of October. I still havent received my earbuds, and the promotions team have offered no explanation for this. Three weeks ago, I was asked to provide my address again. Today I asked the promotions team why I havent heard from the courier, and they've said that it hasn't been dispatched yet. I see no reason why they wouldn't have been dispatched within the last 3 weeks. I'm feeling confident that these earphones will never arrive, and I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of info from the promotions team
I've read some posts here on the forum similar to yours @Niamhflynn11 about the delay in getting the Samsung Galaxy Buds.
In my opinion if the free white buds have been supply exhausted then how hard would be it to offer the Black or Yellow versions ?
I purchased the Black Samsung Galaxy Buds and overall I'm really happy with them.
So my advice is to keep pushing Samsung Customer services and perhaps look for a complaint route to get this raised. i.e email / online form options.
