Galaxy S10 SeriesI recently upgraded to an S10 through Three over the phone so i do not have an invoice or purchase confirmation.
I made a claim for the free buds using my delivery note but have had an email saying this has been rejected. Can anyone advise if his offer not available to upgrade customers? Or do i need to obtain further documentation from Three?

Galaxy S10 SeriesIf you contact Three directly, they will more than likely provide you with an invoice that would be accepted by the Samsung team.
