I have a Samsung Duo Wireless Charger that i purchased a few months ago.
I use it to charge my Samsung watch and phone both together and solo.
I use the plug that came with the Duo Wireless Charger. It is a samsung Charger that was in the same box and I have checked its the correct one.
Previously my phone charged fast 1hr 36 mins when at 5% batt. approx.
Recently it starts off like that then it slows down and takes longer at around 2hrs 20mins+ ish instead of 1hr 36 mins. It just switches after a few mins.
I havent changed anything at all.
When I plug a new charger in the phone and plug in the mains it charges faster at 1hr 10 mins approx.
The issue is with the duo charger. I purchased at Argos store.

Check Argos's return period policy.
I think it's 16 days from purchase but you need to check as the returns period is different for products.
I'm using the Samsung Duo Charger too and it's been working fine since day 1.
However I only fast charge when I need to and to be honest I do not pay much attention to charging times as I usually charge overnight.

Im only charging 1 device out of 2. My main phone. I dont think that is the issue.
Previously when I charged 2 devices at the same time it was ok and was charging fast. Now this is not the case solo or with a 2nd device.

I also thought it could be a thermal issue as well. However it was fine before and it charges in a cool area however I have experimented by moving it to no avail. Thanks for your input anyway.

Argos return policy I think is 14 days. However thast based on if you dont want the item. If an item is faulty then you have the period of a warranty time to take it back.
The point is that it works. Just slower then previous to what it was and no changes have occurred except standard updates to the phone.
I took note of charging times to see if it warranted buying one and yes it has some benefits.

Im going to just review this constantly overtime and priavte chat Samsung to see what they say then decide what action to take.
