Galaxy S10 SeriesHi,
Received my buds today in UK. They all should be white for the pre order phones.
Anyways the buds wasn't loud enough at all so couldn't feel the base as I love my old school hip hop/rap music.
Found a way to do it.
So I take no responsibility if they too loud or any other damaging things like to the buds or to the ears.
Enable developer options and disable absolute volume. Right away the volume was louder and can feel the thump of the music better.
Maybe in the future they will bring better controls like the 2 wheels that have been removed.
Have a great weekend ya all!

Galaxy S10 SeriesNo top of that (If needed) Set the touch pads to change volume when pressed and held. Then keep holding the right bud until the beeps change signalling it is at max, then turn up the volume on the phone itself.
For some reason the volume is a bit low by default apparently.

Should be white for the preorders but I’ve received an email saying that as of Monday they will ship Black buds.
Thanks for the info on the bass boost👍

Galaxy S10 SeriesFor this, we should check a few settings that are related to help in boost sound quality.
Solution 1: Disable Absolute volume in a developer mode
Solution 2: Change the Volume from the touchpad
Solution 3: Unpair or Re-pair (or Manually BT connect)
Solution 4: Take theme at Service center.
i found a useful source on google, that helped me. here's Samsung Galaxy Buds not Loud enough

Galaxy S10 SeriesYou can do that s much simpler way by turning off the volume media sync in the advance Bluetooth settings.
This only works on basic Bluetooth headphones not self regulating Samsung buds lol
I've had mine for a few months and they have been losing volume constantly to the point they're pointless having on.
So l got to my wits end as it's to much of a hassle to have them repair where I am.
So I worked out it's the small metal disks on the tips of the buds blocking the sound so I took a very pointy tool to it prised them off.
FML!! They are massively louder and much clearer sound it's pretty nuts.
Also now I'm able to clean the channel much easier with care of course.
Obviously months of working out in them had blocked the ends, I kept mine as clean as possible but u can't clean under these metal disks.
If you at you wits end remove them the sound improvement is better then when i got them new.
Yes I know this is not going to be recommended by Samsung and i will need to take extra care but there was no other option, but it works
I do not recommend doing this if youre not going to take extra care by keeping dirt and dust from the speaker inside.
This disks are intended to stop dirt getting inside so u will have to keep on top of this daily!
