Samsung BS on Samsung galaxy S10 Plus

I purchased mine on eBay with serial number SM-G975F and I could not register on the Samsung website. I was told it is not American type so I cannot register on the Samsung USA site. I cannot believe such nonsense. now I am at a loss on what to do. you would expect Samsung to have a website dedicated to meeting all the needs of their users in every continent and country. I would be happy if anyone can offer a solution to this Samsung BS.

Correct, it's a European phone not meant for the US market. The bands the device supports are different to the US. You certainly won't get 5G. There will be no warranty support ,updates etc. Samsung do have websites around the world supporting devices in the countries they are meant for.
