I have several Google accounts & I switched to a different one & was able to finally update Chrome & Android System webview.  However, I cannot do any software updates on my phone software.  Any solutions?  I have cleared my cache partition etc but still nothing.

Thanks,.April

Maybe try Samsung Smartswitch @Ahensgens

May I ask who supplied the phone to you ?

i.e Samsung directly or via a Mobile Network or via another route.

Software updates are sent out to phone's in batches, are region dependent,  phone eligibility,  build and serial number and if a phone is supplied by a network then that network may ask Samsung to delay sending out the software to it's branded phone's while they test it to ensure no conflict exists with the software and their network services etc.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I actually have 2 S10e's & I can update one just fine & the other doesn't even receive the message.  I have smart switch installed on both phones & can link up to each other, but in the list of things to share, I don't see software update to be able to send to other phone.  I wonder if it would have anything to do with having several Google accounts on that phone?  Like maybe on one account it updates the apps purchased under that account, etc.

I also purchased these phones from AT&T at that same time.
