S10e Text messages delayed for hours, Delayed/buggy voicemail, message, and email notifications and badges

I've got an S10e and I must say I absolutely adore the phone - it is perfect for me!

That said, I'm struggling with an extremely frustrating issue - randomly (probably 75% of the time), if I get a message, it's sometimes delayed coming to me by hours and the notification icon badges for messages, email, or voicemail are usually absent or strange (like it will say 4- when I have 1 new brief message).

All the notification settings look fine, and I think it works normally for around an hour or so after a phone reboot, then it starts randomly dropping notifications again.

This is my main phone and this issue is ruining the experience for me. Has anyone had similar issues, or know of any fixes?

Actually I hate this phone- I might as well be using an ipod touch with data...the S10e does not work as a phone

Hi @shortylavender ,

that is odd! Have you started experiencing this issue after making any change on the phone (downloading an app or updating the software) or it has been there since you got the phone? Is this only affecting the Messages and Email app and do you have access to your voicemail if you call the number establish by your network provider?

I've been having all kinds of issues since the July  update. My phone is defective. Samsung wont replace it they want me to mail it in but to do that I would need to buy a new phone-totally unacceptable.
