Galaxy S10 SeriesHi everyone.
I've got an S10e - SM-970f. Last week there was a software update and it suddenly started resetting itself for no reason. I've taken the following steps:
backed up and then factory reset. It was still restarting before i restored the backup and even in safe mode. I restored it and it still does it.
I reflashed it with the correct firmware from sammobile and still the same. I then reflashed it with Android 10 and it's still doing it.
The problem does seem to occur when there's a couple of apps running like messenger and news apps. All apps that were in use previously and with no problems.
Can anyone give some advice?
Thanks

Galaxy S10 SeriesGreetings,
I have had the exact same problem with my S10e for about a year. I also had a custom firmware on it and replaced it again with the original from SamFirm. None of this has helped. When using it, it restarts after 1-3 minutes. When it's just lying around it restarts less often but still does it. I've considered replacing the battery as I think it may be irregular voltages from the battery, but it doesn't make a difference if the battery is full or almost empty. Have you been able to solve your problem in the meantime?
