I have a persistent notification that will not go away. It's "Ready to capture" with a camera icon.
I have held the notification to show the options, there's "Single Take" I can not turn it off(tap does nothing), "Processing" also can not be turned off by tap. There's a "Settings" & "Done" option, "Settings" takes me to a "Notifications" screen, titled "Single take", there you find three options "Show notifications" "Processing" & "App icon badges". Only "App icon badges" can be turned on or off. "Show notifications" "Processing" do nothing when tapped.
I have tried restarting the phone. Resetting the camera and clearing the cache & data. I have tried searching for "Single take" and "Smart capture" in "Settings" & "Apps" but do not find them? I tried a methods I found under a S20 post titled "Single take camera notification" & another titles "S20+ How to turn off "ready to capture" notification" but none of the suggested methods have worked so far.
Please help?
