s10e keyboard dissapears and back button stops working randomly

This usually happens while I'm watching a YouTube video and I can't use the back button or use the keyboard on any app until I restart the phone. Also the notification bar doesn't go away while I'm watching the YouTube video when this happens.

Hi @Cellfish, does this start happening with YouTube then happens with other apps? Can you check if the phone's software is up to date? Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Yesterday it happened and I didn't even have youtube up. Also I did already check for software updates and there were none. This started happening a long time ago.

Would you be able to record a video and send it to me here so I can advise you further? Is this only affecting third-party apps?

When it happens again I can record a video, and when it happens it affects the whole system
