Since about mid-January 2020, I am suddenly unable to use any apps that require data on my S10e. The apps open but won't load.
Whatsapp: I don't receive messages unless I open the app.
Facebook: Timeline won't load
Twitter: timeline won't load (although I get notifications). I tried re-installing it, but now I cannot even log-in
Twitch: opening screen won't load
Internet: some pages don't load occasionally
Instagram: Timeline won't update
email: most of the time does work
YouTube: does work
All these problems do not exist on Wi-fi.
I have tried:
- Re-installing apps
- Soft resetting
- Taking out my sim card and putting it back in
- Cleaning the apps on my phone
:edit:
- Clear cache
- tried in safe mode
- Network setting reset
- Hard reset
Is anyone else having these problems? And how did you fix it? I would really like to avoid master-resetting it. I contacted my provider and it is not them.
Many thanks in advance.

Hi @DutchmanFJ ,
Did this coincide with updating to One UI 2/Android 10?
Any Data restrictions set in Settings > Connections > Data Usage? E.g. Data Saver, or anything in 'Billing cycle and data warning'?
And, just to doublecheck, everything otherwise okay with your Mobile data signal? E.g. is the phone's 'Mobile networks' 'Network mode' set to 4G/3G/2G?
