Hi, is anyone having any in-call issues with the s10e? Phone otherwise works phone, but under a variety of conditions, (ie. calls from home/work, various locations to different callers/receivers), people can't hear what I'm saying. A case of the receiver constantly asking, "what did you say, I missed that, you broke up". This especially occurs on speaker, but definitely under normal call conditions. Any ideas?

Hi @herrod. Hope you're doing well. Can you please give us more information on this? Is there any noticeable damage on the phone? Do you have a cover on the phone?

Hi @AsadM , thanks for your reply. Doing about as well as anyone is these days, hope you're well too. I picked up the phone new in early December 2019. There's no damage to the phone, never been dropped or anything like that, and I've got a flip wallet type case. But the problem occurs while in the case or not. It's been happening for about a month or more. Originally it was a bit annoying but recently it's getting worse. I can make/receive a call, have a conversation, but invariably the other person will miss something I say. Have you heard of anything like this happening on this model?

Thanks for the information, @herrod. We're hanging in there during these times. Lets try switching off the phone for 20 seconds. After you've done this, please monitor your phone.

Hi @AsadM, the problem is ongoing, and may be hardware rather than software. I've switched it on and off through general use over the past month or so. I was hoping this was a common issue, and there was a quick fix here online but I may have to be a warranty issue that I take up with my local dealer. Bascally during some calls, the receiver can't hear me, it becomes scrathy, or drops out. I can hear the receiver fine. This occurs if I use the phone microphone or if I use the headphone jack microphone. I will do some further testing too, via a bluetooth handsfree speaker to check, as it may happen there as well. This issue occurs on at least 80% of calls.

I've recently had this too - the reciever saying they can't understand me. Immediately, after a call where I was told my call was broken/unintelligable, I switched the phone off and on again and the call quality has been fine - so far........

I am having this same issue! I have an s10e through Sprint. It started around April-ish 2020. I got the phone in March, 2019 and never had any issues before. I doubt its related but as soon as VoLTE started, my bottom mic seems to have stopped working. If I talk towards the top mic, they hear me much better. The bottom mic goes in and out, garbles my voice and sometimes makes me sound very far away. I've tested this on several different people. I hear them fine, they can't hear me until I either talk towards the top mic OR use a Bluetooth headset or earphones w/mic. I've searched everywhere for an easy fix and I found several people with the same problem but no fixes. I hope they figure it out! I love my phone and don't want to have to replace it.

My husband is having the same issue.  It is like he is on mute.  He can hear the other person fine, but they do not hear him at all.  Happens with speaker and without.  It seems if we reset it works for a bit.  any suggestions?  He is 81 and depends on the phone.  It is a couple of months old and has been a continuing problem.  S10e
