s10e: from 85% to 0% over night

Hello!
My s10e held charge well - until today. Mystery:
a) yesterday evening it was 85% and then I talked to my son for 30min. In the past such call resulted in a small change in charge percentage
b) then I turned the power off for the night
c) in the morning I turned power on and: "you have 0% battery charge, please re-charge"

Any explanation? Is it a known issue?

Thanks, but it's not my case - my battery is fine, it's just one-time glitch, very strange, so I wander if other people ran into such thing
