S10e Finger sensor not working, overheating and draining battery

Hi, 

I have a s10e that i bought in Nov 2019 and approx 2 weeks ago the finger print sensor has stopped working and when the phone is locked the finger sensor overheats to the point it nearly burns your finger to touch it!  The battery is also dropping like a stone constantly as the sensor is obviously going into overdrive!  

I've had a look incase any apps were causing the issue but everything seems fine, anyone else had this issue?

I would definitely turn it off and send it in for warranty if it gets that hot, that's a disaster waiting to happen.
It's inconvenient but your health and safety is way more important.

The same thing has happened my s10e in the last two days. Fingerprint sensor stopped working and when using the sensor to unlock the screen it gets so hot it burns my thumb.  Battery is draining so fast.  I've disable the Fingerprint lock option, nolonger overheating. Definitely a worrying safety issue.

Anyone find an actual solution to this problem, my S10e started doing this today.
