S10e February update issues

Two days ago I updated my galaxy s10e and since then I have encountered numerous issues. Apps not opening, crashes apon loading, phone getting hot using some apps. 
Anyone have any advice as to what can be done??

I have an S20 and after if updated I had the same issue with apps not working as they should and also the battery is not lasting as long as before.

Rachel from Samsung has told me to do a factory reset. Then if that doesn't work I'll need to send it back to Samsung

Also worth making sure you check for updates on all your apps

already done. uninstalled and reinstalled multiple apps. still got issues.
I'd rather unistall the galaxy update back to the previous one where I had no issues at all

I noticed that after latest update of UI (in February) my device (S10e) is getting couple of unexpected reloads during the day - even while I talk over the phone! Same is also observed on Galaxy Note. Already cleared the cache partition, but it did not improve the situation, definitely update messed up something 😕

I have found the same issues with my galaxy s10e since the last update.
Text messages no longer show that they have been delivered or read. The battery gets hot at least 2-3 times per full charge. I have found I am now having to charge the device more often as well.
App crashes. Failures to load. Apps slated for deep sleep after being identified as having issues when they have been perfectly fine prior to this past weekend.
Apps crashing whilst in use also.
Apon reporting to Samsung I was told to send my phone back to their nearest service centre for them to take a look at it.
Seems like Samsung have properly messed up all our phone's. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my s10e prior to this latest update at all.

Lets hope they provide another patch with the fix , unless this is a gentle reminder to update the device too :face-with-tears-of-joy:

I have the following since the update:

1. Way lower battery performance;

2. Count down timer locked out by lock screen;

3.  Ring tone goes to default every day.

Tried various resets - factory will be the last.

Update... Since my last post I contacted Samsung support and spoke with Anderson.
After going through multiple steps he also advised me to fully back up my phone then do a factory reset to try to resolve the battery getting hot since the last update.
Now I have done just that and so far all it has done is wipe all my log in details off of all the apps and settings. I cannot say if this has helped with the hot battery issue just yet.
