S10E battery notification sounds

My S10E provides a visual notification when the battery power reduces to 15% and again at 5%. There is no sound associated with these notifications despite system notification volume being set at maximum. I cannot find an adjustment to change the system sound. Does anyone have any advice.

I'm having a similar problem. In the battery settings the sound listed in the battery's notification for when it is low is listed as something else but what plays is the sound I use for my text messages. This is incredibly frustrating because every time my battery is low I think I have a new text. I cannot find any info on how to fix this.

I have also installed a separate app to monitor and notify the battery level.
