Is this visible at all on your phone? If so, what happens when you try to open it @麦子 ?

I have a S10+ that as started to give unwanted notifications, from System UI and Voice wake up.
When I go to setting disable, Samsung will not allow. The notifications come through at all hours cannot even set to come silently.
