After the last update this is what happened to my husband S10. Any ideas? This is the first time I've been able to turn on in over a month, when I plug the charger in just getting the dark screen with circle and thunderbolt. It came on briefly and this is what I got, then it went off again. Please help.

Try holding the power, volume down and power button down for atleast 10-15 seconds. failure upon this your device will require a repair. Possibly a software flash.

when I downgraded my Samsung s20 ultra from android 11 to android 10, this screen came on, try using a program called smart switch on pc, and then plug your phone in and , you might be able to download the firmware again back to the phone, if not, your phone just needs to be flashed from any good phone shop.
hopefully Samsung smart switch will do the job, first time doing this can take an hour or so, and it looks like the phone has crashed, as it looks like it ain't doing anything but leave it, try plugging it in pc with smart switch and if lucky you will see something that will say downgrade or re install firmware, but either way it can be sorted out, by your or a phone shop, not expensive at all.

Hold the power button for about 36 seconds and it should restart normally. If that doesn't work hold the volume up and power button until it restart.

will try it if no joy then a Samsung shop, thank you for your help, we pretty much thought the phone was dead or going to cost a fortune to fix.
