My wife and I have S10+ phones and hers has had WiFi issues since we got them. It works most of the time but sometimes her phone just won't load a page or submit a form in an app. Turn off the WiFi and it's fine. My phone works fine at the same time and I have a tablet and it's fine.
I have tried clearing the cache, resetting her WiFi settings, messing with the setting on our router, and hard resetting her phone. I think I have tried everything except factory resetting her phone.
Any advice here? Does it sound like a hardware issue? Since my S10+ has never had these issues and we live in the same house.

Also a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic test.
