s10 video after new update

After a fresh update out with stability fixes my s10 still shoots videos like this albeit zoomed in to max but these are the shots I like that all my other s series phones could shoot way better, Everything looks awful

checked my camera and not having a baseline i cannot tell if after the update the videos are more cropped in than before, waiting for the approval of your video to have a look at it.

I know you probably already tried that but have you tried to clear camera app data? I see hard it can fix the issue but at the moment i need to look it up myself.

Could you also do a bug report via samsung members to help samsung spot the problem'

@Archer_legend I did indeed try that and factory reset as well, it really baffles me with the quality of it, so many people love camera, I can take great pictures when its very sunny but not videos, Yes I'll try a bug report actually thats a good suggestion, I'd love to get to the bottom of it

@Archer_legend they don't quite stand up to a premium phone, my s6 is shooting better videos, It seems to be hardware not software, I'm amazed by reviews saying its a brilliant camera because my videos are below average zoomed in?

Archer_Legend I see many comments about the s20 appeared lately with camera issues as well saying previous models I.e the s6 s7 an s9 have been so much Better compared to the s10 and s20, I love my s10 for everything else bar the camera, my next upgrade won't be Samsung I think

for me if the offer is built on the one of this year as a baseline and prices do not go fairly down i will have to change brand, i love tech, i love good deals more

me too I was thinking the exact same thing, the misses went from IPhone to android and loves android but I'd like to consider an apple but it won't be happening so I'll almost likely go for some sort of android, I like to play pubg and a few other games so it must be powerful enough to play them, the s10 is great now for pubg it use to lag a lot but thats one bonus point back for the s10 they must have fixed it
