My s10 got software update on 17th August and it has:
security patch level 1st aug 2019.
cuurent version: G973FXXS3ASH1/G973FOXM3ASG8/G973FXXU3ASG8
Since this update the fast charging has stopped, i have two genuine chargers which i use, one near my bed and one on my desk... since the update neither chargeR works for fast charging, both chargers charge the phone really slowly and s10 pops up a message to say check cable.
What are the chances of 2 working chargers used for fast charging all of a sudden unable to perform fast charging.
Fyi - i have fast charging enabled
I have powered off the phone and tried charging with phone switched off and it still takes ages.
This happend after the update on 17th aug 2019 for me...
This is annoying...
Please provide new update or advise how to roll back.
