S10 Unintended Mute

Hi.

I've got the S10, but have changed my car, now the phone keeps going to mute when I'm in it, and the car and phone sync, so calls etc are missed. 

Any suggestions, other than changing cars again, gratefully recieved.

When connected the car volume control should take charge. Have you turned the car volume up?

HI, Yes tried that, dont think its anything to do with the phone, i've realise it also goes to mute when using another app.
