I have been trying to get the Android 10 (One UI 2) update for months, but still no luck. I've not recieved a security update for over a year either, and need some help.
I have spoken to samsung members support and live chat on the samsung support page. One tells me I should have the update, the other says to continue waiting.
As a bit of history. I am in the UK and have two SIMs in the phone GiffGaff (O2) and Vodafone but have not been able to get an OTA upate. I have tried using Smart Switch, but it says the phone is up to date. I have also tried booting in to safe mode.
From some investigation online I believe the IMEI of my phone is one from Finland, which I think may be the problem, but I don't know what to do about it.
Can anyone suggest how this can be resolved please?

thanks for posting here. Would you be able to send us a Private Message with the phone's IMEI, serial number and full model code? Where did you purchase it?
You can get this information by dialling *#06# from the phone's keypad.
