I am bought a s10 about an year ago and the product is just 20 days over the warranty period. They power key and the bixby key are falling apart and now the customer care says that the entire display needs to be changed. I feel cheated as the phone has no signs of damage or falling down. I am not finding a way out sins the customer care is asking me to go to the service centre and the service centre is asking me to speak to Customer care. I feel cheated and dont know how to get this issue fixed.

I know in Ireland under some law for electronics if the device is not damaged and a part failed not to your fault but its own fault youre covered under a sales of good act(not sure which one) but my brother had an issue similar with a 4 year old mac book pro and he was refunded his money, so look into it more, apple said no way but the judge ruled in his favour because technology here should work for a minimum of 5 years without issues

I am based in India. The phone is just 20 days above warranty and they are telling me its a cosmetic damage , hence it does not come under warranty
