Galaxy S10 SeriesI am bought a s10 about an year ago and the product is just 20 days over the warranty period. They power key and the bixby key are falling apart and now the customer care says that the entire display needs to be changed. I feel cheated as the phone has no signs of damage or falling down. I am not finding a way out sins the customer care is asking me to go to the service centre and the service centre is asking me to speak to Customer care. I feel cheated and dont know how to get this issue fixed.

Galaxy S10 SeriesI am based in India. The phone is just 20 days above warranty and they are telling me its a cosmetic damage , hence it does not come under warranty
