S10 plus update notice

I have the notice for the android 10 update on samsung members app but when i go to setting its still sayong that my phone is update

It looks like you phone stopped updating in july 2019.... for this device the updates come at the beginning of every month so you are something like 14 updates behind.

Don't worry this can happen: install smart switch on your pc and then plug in your device, if it says that there are no updates available take your device to a samsung repair shop with the receipt of when you bought the phone and they will sort the problem out fairly quickly, they will uodate your device and you will be able to receive monthly updates again😉
