S10 plus turns off

I got my s10 plus yesterday and gutted does not even cover it its turned its self off 10 times today:(

Anyone else had any issues

Aw im sorry to hear that. Take it back to the shop you got it from. If your in the UK you have a 14 day faulty return or exchange.

Thanks I've just managed to speak to o2 without it turning off they are replacing it tomorrow fingers crossed I will not have any issues with this one 🤞

Cant you take it to your local o2 shop and ask them to change it over today? Worth a phone call and you may get it changed today

I don't think they will as I ordered online and had it delivered

Got my replacement yesterday fingers crossed everything seems ok at the moment!! 

Definitely had a lemon 😂😂
