S10 Note Bluetooth connection issues

My Galaxy S10 Note refuses to connect to various headphones via Bluetooth, said headphones connect to other devices; Laptop/iPod and other phones.  Any ideas ?

@KevinMcilroy: When you head to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On, and enable pairing on your headphones, do they show up in the list of available devices? If so, what happens when you select them? Have you tried forgetting the connection on any previous devices such as you laptop and iPod to see if this helps at all?

Hi Andrew, They don't appear in the list, its as if they aren't giving out a bluetooth signal, yet I have no issue with them connecting with other devices. I have tried "forgetting" them on other devices to no avail but this really shouldn't be a required step
