s10 lite notification sound not playing

I have a new s10 lite I have a problem that the sound and vibration are not working. I have tried clearing the data and  Crush been thought all setting, made sure smart tings is not on checked everything but nothing working please help.

@Darre: Please can check the following settings to see if this helps?

Settings > Sounds and Vibration > Sound Mode (Sound) > Vibrate While Ringing (On) > Make sure that Ringtone, Vibration Pattern and Notification Sounds all have assigned sounds > Vibration Intensity > Make sure the sliders are all at a suitable level.

Swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom to see if Do Not Disturb Mode is enabled via the notification panel, and disable this option. If the issue persists, go to Settings > Apps > Choose an app that you receive regular notifications from > Notifications > Notification Style > Select 'Sound and Pop up', and ensure that 'Vibrate' is enabled.

Hi tried all that still no sound playing when I received a message or vibration. Been in the message app everything is turned on that should be. I have other sounds play when I receive emails and whats apps and anything else just not Samsung messages
