It is totally frustrating for a Samsung customer, to see that even lower-end devices already have a full Pro mode for photography, with features like shutter speed, manual focus, higher ISO adjustment, etc., while the S10 Lite, within a class of flasgships, still have such an incomplete pro mode for photos. The "Pro" camera mode included in this device is so limited that it is offensive to real photography professionals.
And something that is also extremely irritating, is that Samsung technical support never knows anything about anything. I contacted Samsung from several countries, and they never know whether this device will receive a full Pro camera mode or not. The only thing they know is to copy and paste ready-made answers as solutions to common problems. But when the question does not involve a common problem, they never know how to answer it.
They don't even try to get information from the mobile engineering team. It doesn't matter if the answers and solutions they offer are useless to 99% of customers, as long as they are friendly is what matters.
