Galaxy S10 SeriesHaving same issue in my S10e. Workaround as below.
Activate "Always On Display" on from settings.
Now unlock your phone. The green effect will vanish for the current logged in session.
Always unclock once you have received watch either automatically or by double tap (Based on the selection of "Always On Display").
Since this is going to consume more battery. Activate battery saver with "Always On Display" to reduce the battery consumption.
This issue seems to be an OS issue.
Tried booting up the phone in Safe Mode but still the Green tint effect exist. Confirming that this is not any third party app caused issue.

Galaxy S10 SeriesPress and hold Side key until you see Power Off - select it to power off the phone. Now, off to the Maintenance (Recovery) screen: Press and HOLD the Volume Up key, and while holding, press and HOLD the Side key. When the Samsung splash screen appears, release both keys.
Hope this helps

Galaxy S10 SeriesWell, it is a bit unorthodox, but after trying every possible software fix, the last thing I could think of was a faulty connection, so I dropped the phone a few times on a mousepad from about 15-20 cm, both screen-up and screen-down, and after the screen-down drops the colors were fixed. Not sure if it was my unit only or if it could work for others, but I wanted to share it just in case it may help someone.
