Has anyone else experienced this green tint on their screen?. Please I need help It's so frustrating...
Having same issue in my S10e. Workaround as below.
Activate "Always On Display" on from settings.
Now unlock your phone. The green effect will vanish for the current logged in session.
Always unclock once you have received watch either automatically or by double tap (Based on the selection of "Always On Display").
Since this is going to consume more battery. Activate battery saver with "Always On Display" to reduce the battery consumption.
This issue seems to be an OS issue.
Tried booting up the phone in Safe Mode but still the Green tint effect exist. Confirming that this is not any third party app caused issue.
Got the exact same issue starting about 3 weeks ago.
Need to unlock using Always On Display.
I also noticed that the device gets quite hot at random times.
Hi I am having the same issue, the greent tint does not goes off. Why like this ?!?! I had Note 2, Galaxy S7... they all lasted so and still they are lasting. This S10 just bought 2 years back, now the screen is all Hulk-ed up (Greened).... how do i know if the phone is almost to its Near Death or what.... i dont know what to this i dont have any back up phones.... why Samsung?!?!?
Did you fix it? Have the same issue.
Press and hold Side key until you see Power Off - select it to power off the phone. Now, off to the Maintenance (Recovery) screen: Press and HOLD the Volume Up key, and while holding, press and HOLD the Side key. When the Samsung splash screen appears, release both keys.
Hope this helps
Well, it is a bit unorthodox, but after trying every possible software fix, the last thing I could think of was a faulty connection, so I dropped the phone a few times on a mousepad from about 15-20 cm, both screen-up and screen-down, and after the screen-down drops the colors were fixed. Not sure if it was my unit only or if it could work for others, but I wanted to share it just in case it may help someone.
