I bought the new S10 last year and it came with a free earbud offer which I successfully registered for. I have received an email a while ago saying they have been dispatched but i have not received any thing. When i called the courier they advised they could not tell me anything about them and i had to contact the sender. I just need to know how I go about sorting this as it was so many months ago I have now moved house but the earbuds have still not been delivered to the old house..

Similar thing happened to me with a similar offer, however I can confirm it takes an abnormally long time to deliver. For me, it came with a free smartwatch and wireless charger. I got my smartwatch about 2 months after I got my smartphone, and the wireless charger took another month.
