s10 dictionary wiped after update

 The latest update has reset my S10's disctionary to factory setting and my whole dictionary of words is gone. It won't save or remember any new words either so things like email addresses have to be typed out every time in full, as well as all personality that had been saved in my dictionary over the last year. I've seen people with the same issue a few months ago on this forum and the moderators have no useful suggestions or even seem to care... how can I restore my personal dictionary (without typing each individual word, name, variation on words, email address etc into a text setting which is a ridiculous suggestion).

It's something that affected my phone also when I updated even though I back upto Samsung Cloud.

In my case it wouldn't restore im afraid.

It wiped all my saved words and recent emoticons I was using.

That said it does still remember my words and emails I've used after keying them in again and the keyboard remembering them.

I'm sure you've seen my replies in some of the threads / posts you've seen.

Perhaps try a reset of your keyboard.
