S10+ bug

My galaxu s10+, factory reseted itself and now i dont know what to do, does anyone has any idea why it happened?

Like Shazzkid said, that's the likely cause unless someone has access to you Samsung account, I think you can remote wipe from the Find my device screen. Do you have a device backup in Samsung cloud to restore from?
