S10 Bluetooth not working in BMW after latest update

Hello right after the last software update now the bluetooth connection with my 2015 BMW 328 keeps dropping.  It will connect for about 30 senconds let out a high pitch sound and disconnect.  It will then keep repeating this again and again.  So phone calls and music no longer work in my car but only from the S10, other devises stil work in the vehicle.

I tried all the easy stuff cleared the cache, restarted the phone, cleared previous connections in the BMW and the the phone, had the BMW reconnect, deleted Android Auto, turned off rigntone sync and still the same problem.

have you reached the car sound system provider to see if there is any pending update available for this and/or whether this is compatible with Android 10?

Thank you for your reply, I just talked with BMW and they dont have an update for the car and say they have not hear of this as a software issue on their side, but that other phones are having connection issues wtih newer models.
